Terms.

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and OnTheMove. Read them with our Privacy notice and Cookies notice.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to hold an account in your own name.
• Give us accurate information and keep it current. Don’t impersonate anyone.
• Keep your sign-in credentials private. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
• One person, one account. Don’t share or resell access.

3. Sessions, RSVPs, payments

OnTheMove runs grassroots sport sessions across Dubai. RSVPs confirm a spot only when paid in full. Sessions may be free, paid per session, or included in a Platinum membership.

• Pay-per-session charges happen when you RSVP.
• Platinum memberships are AED 199 per month billed in advance. They renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in your profile; the remaining month stays active until the period ends.
• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED), inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Refunds and cancellations

• Member-initiated cancel — full refund up to 24 hours before session start. Within 24 hours: no refund, but your spot can be released to the waitlist.
• We cancel a session — full refund or credit, your choice.
• Weather, safety, force majeure — we may postpone or cancel without notice. Same refund/credit option applies.
• Memberships — non-refundable for partial months; fully refundable within 14 days of first signup if unused.

5. Behaviour and safety

Show up, play hard, look out for each other. We don’t tolerate harassment, discrimination, threats, or anything that makes the sessions unsafe or unwelcoming. Coaches, captains, and organisers can ask you to step out at any time.

Don’t use OnTheMove to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, scrape our data, or send spam.

6. Sport carries risk

Sport is physical and risk is part of it. By participating you confirm you’re medically fit for the activity, accept the inherent risks of the sport, and have any insurance you feel you need. If you have a medical condition that could matter on court, tell the coach before play.

7. Content you post

You keep ownership of photos, videos, comments, and posts you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display them on OnTheMove and to show session highlights on our social channels. You can delete your content at any time; cached or backed-up copies may persist for a short window.

8. Our intellectual property

The OnTheMove name, logo, brand, and the Flora design system are ours. Don’t copy or pass them off as your own.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms others, or causes us a legal or operational problem. You may close your account at any time from your profile.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, OnTheMove’s total liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months, or (b) AED 500. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we’re not allowed to exclude (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Changes to these terms

We’ll update the date at the top when we change anything. Material changes get notified by email. Continuing to use OnTheMove after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes go to the Dubai courts.
